As a perfect candidate you have *Work experience in customer-centric industries. *A solid writing background; experience blogging and/or editing (grammar buffs wanted). *Experience with Zendesk is a plus. *Problem solving skills and can work independently *A college degree in Marketing, Public Relations or similar degree. (not required, but definitely a plus). *Able to work weekend shifts and evening shifts. This is a part-time (16 – 20 hours per week) weekend position. Candidates must be able to commit to consistent weekends and evening shifts.

Performance Objectives/Job Duties
Respond to internal and external requests during implementation
Work directly with clients to coordinate and schedule electronic data extraction
Use SQL, MS Excel and Access
Coordinate the gathering and conversion of various types of customer data
Review and / or format client supplied data for accuracy prior to uploading
Responsible for analyzing and defining mapping rules
Assist in data cleanup where necessary
Must be willing to work the hours in the West, East and Central time zones.
