What you should not do when working at home is take a job that makes you stressed out
the company was a start up and with no point of contact except one person it hurts a persons confidence when there is unfair training process that doesnt work for every applicant pick a work at home job that fits your skills i am not working in a help desk job making the same amount of money with 3 weeks of training and support even if i make a mistake i dont feel dumb like i did when working at home try to find a job without stuffy people who think they are over you and treat you like a number.
The way i should have handled this was to be so great she could not question me she had me training and then i tried to type the person helping me would not allow me to type to the customers maybe they felt that i could not do it alone mind you this was on the job training situation.
The other manager and the hiring manage Jane both chatted at the same time the same thing it made me kinda like this is disorganized and it showed the employees were nice reassuring the main issue i had was the training there was a knowledge base and there were canned emails mind you i got a new job doing the same kinda thing but they are not work at home.
Keep in mind this worked for the people there for years but i was a new comer having to learn dental procedures and being told you dont need to learn it all then one day she flipped it on me and i was fired after 2 weeks of training. I did not get paid till 60 days later they had a offshore account and i was not paid for months !
At the end of the day it was the worst job i had at home so please if you do apply with this company you will train yourself the women who is the hiring manager seemed nice but she was showing favortism she also interrupted me when asking for an answer to a question this is the reason i work at home as a freelancer now i work when i want how i want doing this blog and also working PT as a Radio host for my own website this is my passion. Dental departures is not a bad company but it is a company who should train better she was not like brick and morter companies and they seemed like a great place to work before some people should not do all jobs because it makes them look like they are over extended and it shows.
One thing i learned from this is if you get fired from a job that is a contract try to report anything that would cause anyone else to fail the women liked over talking and showcasing what she knew but wasn not a good trainer maybe for other people just not me i have worked in Healthcare for years and this women was about the money but not a caring person she was not nothing nice.
