This position performs telephonic interviews for clients who have applied for insurance.

Requirements: 

Operating systems

* Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10Browser

* Internet Explorer 9 or HigherMinimum Computer Hardware Requirements

* 2.0 GHz

* 4 GB RAM

* 200mb of free hard drive space

Monitor Requirements

* 1680 x 1050 Resolution

* 20 inch or larger monitor is recommended

Phone Requirements

* Basic analog phone line (if needed for job functionality)

* Phone that has headset connection capabilities (if needed for job functionality)Internet connectivity requirements (cable modem, DSL)

* Minimum of 3mb download and 1mb upload connection (Please contact your Internet provider if you have questions on the speed of your home internet connection)

Client Anti-Virus and Spyware protection

* Updated on a regular basis

* Standard Anti-Virus application include, but are not limited to: 

Microsoft Forefront Trend Micro MacAfee Symantiec Norton
