• You possess a valid state-issued insurance license in at least 1 or more of the following States: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, GA, IN, IL, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MO, NC, OH, OK, TN, TX, VA, & WI.
• You have current E&O insurance coverage
